Project Description

The project is a 33 storey high luxurious mixed-use tower facing the yacht club in downtown Beirut. The project’s flagship feature is a “Ceramic- Fritted & Illuminated Unitized Double Skin Façade” which represents an unmistakable landmark when flying over Beirut at night.

The project also includes a lobby spider-fitted glass façade, a set of frameless shop fronts, in addition to glass balustrades and stainless steel handrails.

Scope of Work

IBECE scope in this project includes the following:

  • Illuminated Double Skin Façade
  • Issuing shop drawings and structural design reports, and coordinating with the project’s consultants to their full satisfaction
  • Generating methods statements, material orders and fabrications drawings to pace for the façades’ manufacture and installation
  • Providing site supervision to achieve the required design intent and assure quality control
