Project Description
Al Wasl Tower project consists of two construction buildings; a 62 storey high-rise tower spanning around 300 m above ground level, and an adjacent multi-story car park.
The tower is designed as a mixed-use facility formed of residential, office, commercial, and hotel units. Recreational facilities such as swimming pools, fitness areas and restaurant areas alongside with their related amenities are also project requirements
The vast majority of the project’s façades are formed of a bespoke unitized curtain wall system that has a staggered mullion formation and that is shaded with intricately designed– externally mounted – solar shading fins. The combined system comprises several variations in terms of size, infill material, geometrical planarity and the shading fin form.
