The Alveo Business Park – Lot 1074 Project is located at Hazmieh, Beirut, Lebanon. The project forms a business park composed of five (5) buildings each of 4 basements, a ground floor, a mezzanine floor, and four (4) high floors.

Scope of Work

IBECE’s scope of work will extend among the following three (3) consequent phases:

1. Schematic Design Phase
2. Detailed Design Development Phase
3. Tender Stage Support Phase

IBECE is involved in the Façade design and engineering of all project items, including:

Skylights
Curtain walls
Integrated floor to floor lift and slide façade, defined using external horizontal glass shelves and sun shaded using state-of-the-art thin fiber cement panels
Vertical façades
Inclined façades with various inclinations
Lobby double height glazed façades
