Project Description
The project is developed by Majid Al Futtaim Properties and is centrally located in the Hazmieh district with convenient road access adjoining the Damascus Highway. The expansiveness of the construction makes it the ideal destination for both residents and tourists. Beirut City Centre is astonishingly 60,000 m² with over 200 stores, 40 food and beverage outlets, and over 1800 car park spaces. The project includes glass canopies, 1,300 m² fabric canopies, 1,400 m² of curtain walls, in addition to internal handrails and skylights. With overall roof steel structures weighing over 1,200 tons and covering 12,000 m² of the construction.
