Mrs. Kassab brings to IBECE intelectual commercial thinking as well as strategic business development planning. She drives the expansion of the business while aiming to meet to customer satisfaction and long term partnerships.
Mrs. Kassab is a charactarized by her deep, customer-centric marketing and leadership experience, as IBECE accelerates its migration from National to International Façade Engineering and Consultancy Company.
In addition to leading the development of the clients’ database, following up new business opportunities, maintaining good relationship with the firm’s clients, and communicating new lines of services, Mrs. Maya focuses on the assessment and analysis of strategic decisions across the business and driving alignment and integration within IBECE.
Mrs. Kassab holds a Masters in Civil Engineering, with high honors, from the American University of Beirut, Lebanon

Engineer Osama Abbas possesses extensive experience and solid technical knowledge, covering the full design and supply chain of the building envelope construction industry. Whether it is on the specification, design, engineering, testing, supply, manufacture, installation or project management fronts, his specialized background offers a significant value to building façades.
Engr. Osama has been involved in the engineering and execution of an extensive list of projects including several iconic façades in Lebanon, UAE, Qatar, KSA, and Africa- these projects include high-end commercial, residential, and mixed-use building envelopes. His key expertise includes structural design & acoustic and hygrothermal modeling. He has excellent command on international standards governing the performance specifications, design regulations, and testing criteria of building façades.
Engr. Osama holds a Master’s degree in façade engineering with an academic distinction rating and has been awarded the “International Student Award for Academic Excellence”. He is the author of “Architectural Coated Glass in Buildings: Mode of Action and Selection Methods”, in which he developed a “Decision Making Model for the Selection of Coated Glass Products Utilized in the Built Environment”.

An architect with over 11 years of extensive experience in the design, coordination, and technical management of several landmark façade engineering projects in Lebanon, the Middle East, and the Arab Gulf region.
Architect Ghina has decided to move towards the engineering and consultancy sector after building a solid successful career in the façade contracting industry. Her experience covers a wide range of façade design stages from Concept to Detailed Drawings Development.
Architect Ghina plays an important role in advising our design team to attain the aspired technical quality and achieve the client’s design intent. A professional with continuous attention for the three pillars: quality, schedule, and budget. In addition, she is also renowned for her time-management skills and unique ability to build and coach teams from the ground up. She successfully boosts team spirit and promotes the required professional environment for the team to deliver quality on time.

Façade engineering and execution expert with extensive experience in the design, management, and execution of an impressive collation of projects with different scales including hotels, residential buildings, parks, commercial centers, hospitals, airports, office buildings, villas, industrial warehouses, schools, and universities in Lebanon, the Middle East, and the Arab Gulf region.
Engineer Zubdeh progressed towards the engineering and consultancy sector after building a solid successful career with over 20 years of experience in the façade engineering and contracting industry.
Engr. Zubdeh’s core experience stems from his ability to design and construct challenging façades. He evaluates the project’s procurement and installation methodology and contrasts it to industry resources in order to offer an integral design aligned with performance requirements. His experience covers the whole cycle of façade planning, design, and execution stages from Concept to Detailed Drawings Development until Construction and Handing Over.
